if you're to "format all + download" then use the version prior to the latest i.e use V4.1811.23.11 from page 1

Try disconnect and reconnect the battery. If still dead, create a new thread by clicking Ask Question at the top

I am afraid that it will likely the same case as the above , successfully flashed but not booting.
If this tool has that problem, will I get back onto SP FLASH TOOL?
