I'm trying to flash stock ROM on my infinix note7 (secure boot device). I need to use the secure boot disable utility before flashing ROM. Now, my device is connected in meta mode, port is showing under device manager, but when I click "start" in multiport downloadd tool, it says "com port is invalid".
When I click scan, it just keep scanning, never show any success message; I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the cable during its scanning but nothing happened.
SP flash tool work fine in the same way, but multiport download tool is not. I want to use this tool because it is quite accessible for my screen reader and I can operate without any sighted assistance.

there's an option on the interface "UART", select it and retry (if you don't find it then ensure you're using v5.xx of the tool)
but if it doesn't work then clearly the tool requires preloader port and you can't use this tool along sides mtk bypass. also there's no guarantees the tool supports mt6768
