Please Admin, grant me permission to download the Stock ROM MTK backup for tecno H6, i have a tecno h6 that keep restating afte getting to the experience smartlife screen pls i need your help on how to get the phone back to normal

A friend was playing will the phone and wen he returnd the phone it was haging so i tried restating but it wunt just boot pls the smartlife screen
