Hi, can you make a custom recovery (like TWRP) for my tablet Iplay8?

I tried everything with my friends, flashing a lot of ports of other MTK devices (MT8163) but always have a bootloop, can you help me, please?

I do not know why but after selecting the android version, the program (1.0 and 1.1) suddenly closes without being able to read the messages and without leaving any recovery file in the output folder.

Luckily I was able to take a screenshot and read the last line:

"Timeout" Is not recognized as an  internal or external command, operable program or batch file
