hello everyone

please tell me how can i root and install custom recovery on my Oale X1 phone.

i prefer backing up with miracle box is that good to go ?

I backed up ROM using miraclebox
Patched boot IMG using magiskmanager
Port twrp using autoport on forum

But touch on twrp is not working

Also when I reset phone how do I get root should I flash patched bootmimg using adb or can I use chainfire supersu

rename patched_boot.img to boot.bin and flash patched boot using miracle.
port non touch recovery (philz) using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21495.html

i flashed phil's recovery and selected android 6 and custom recovery is working awesome

u mean miracle box ???

should i select the scatter file that i backed up before playing ( i used miracle box)

do i need to install chain su app super su ?

custom recovery is working fine except root is not properly installing !

is it compulsory to install magisk manager even though i have patched_boot.img ( yeah i have renamed it to boot.bin)

rename patched_boot.img to boot.bin
copy boot.bin into a new folder
copy scatter file and preloader.bin from your miracle box dump into the same folder
flash the three files using miracle box; see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-14106.html

no need to install supersu
and magisk manager has to remain installed on your phone [its the app that grants root permission]
