The chipset is MT8163
I have a update.zip that I can flash via recovery
the sp flash isnt working it always give me an error message(Attachment)

Are you using the scatter file in the update.zip in SP flash tool? If that's what you're doing then it won't work.
Let me know if you encounter any trouble backing up using wwr

Are you using the scatter file in the update.zip in SP flash tool? If that's what you're doing then it won't work.

The attachment on your previous reply is SP Flashtool error screenshot.
yes its SP Flashtool error that I got after creating scatter file with wrr and trying to readback with SP Flashtool to create ROM_0

but I think it's a problem in the tablette that doesnt accept to be flashed with SP Flashtool

try using latest SP flash tool version
also try with and without the battery connected to the device

I'm using SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1804_Win and also SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1628_Win
the battery is Non-Removable

The device is getting auto disconnected. This could be due to a number of things.
Lets try recovery.
copy supersu or magisk zip to both phone storage and sd card
Port Philz recovery using our tool at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21495.html
in fastboot, use this command

fastboot boot recovery.imgIf it boots into Philz then backup & ensure to flash supersu or magisk zip before rebooting
