I JUST DOWNLOADED ANOTHER ROM AND ALL WAS RIGHT. I THINK IT WAS A BAD ROM ISSUE.

I think I found it somewhere here :"firmwarefile.com" I just read it from the text file included in the rom archive. Rom archive name : Itel_S12_MT6580_V033_20171102_7.0.zip . Precision: I didn't download the bad rom on hovateck website i just mentioned my problem here trying to find solution.

after downloading s12 itel firmware
it started show supported fpi3 and unable to boot into recovery mode

press and hold power button then press vol up button and release both buttons immediately, this should get you into recovery mode

You need to flash the cache into the phone try and read cache with preloader from another same phone or you find a firmware with cache on it... And flash everything will be OK.
