I currently am using twrp 3.2.1, and modded the twrp.fstap and got a bit more working.

You could try other versions of the tool

I tried them all from the 1st post, like I wrote .. and I tried all the Philz ones..
What else could I try??

Cindeade ,
If u want to get what u want like adding system ,logo, recovery or any partition
U have to Edith the recovery.fstab
Is simple,just look at the first partition

i don't see it supp for jelly bean?
i try port using another it said failured recovery.img too large

You might have to opt for a lower TWRP version

Thank you...sir admin hovatek..I port cust recovery using auto porter 1.8a successful.. and install to my Infinix note 8 .but have a resolution problem I think.....when I tap the BACKUP bottom the INSTALL icon was the one being activated....pls help me resolve sir...TIA

mine even booted, but I had to edit recovery.fstab, when I went to compress the image, the twrp was not initializing, any solution?

Hi!
Tested this on the Lenovo TAB 2 A8-50L and version 1.4 was the only one to make a functional (not bootlooping) TWRP. BUT there is a big problem: I cannot properly mount any volume, everything shows 0MB in size. I tried changing format for partitions, wiping, and formatting but none of them worked/helped. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated Smile
