Edit: i'm using all of the available version of twrp porter but with no luck. Also, when i tried to port my Redmi Note 9S with Qualcomm porter, the recovery image also shrink and when i flash to recovery and reboot, it's says my system has been destroyed. Then i flash back to it's previous recovery, all going fine again without system destroyed message. any clues?

I was thinking to flashing no-verity-opt-encrypt.zip after i was able to boot into twrp but fails. anyone can help?

The reduced size isn't a problem; its just empty space removed.
You need to disable dmverity before flashing a custom image.

For your Android version, its the magisk (root) method

Android 8.1 (Vivo Y81) Not rooted. Unlocked bootloader tried to get root access. I attach the tools here maybe someone needed it because it can instantly unlock every MTK bootloader in seconds. As for now looking for solutions because this Vivo y81 had been long time that cannot unlocking bootloader.

After i imported the fstab.mt6779 in the \patch\10\ramdisk\system\etc folder, ported it again, it did only a file with 25'920 KB size which of course does not work anymore.
Going back to all original, unziping the downloaded porter software, using all the defaults, it keeps doing the wrong size in the output folder. this is a huge miracle for me. any clues whats going on here?
Can anyone test this and maybe if its working - re-up it?
