[Please help] Infinix x506 USB issues.

I am having some issues with my infinix x506. It is not detecting on any PC and even ichange the time f I want to collect files like song or movies or things like that. The system doesn't recognize my device.
It has also made me unable to flash/upgrade my phone.
Please how can I fix this. Do I have to change the USB port cause I haven't changed the USB port before. The USB port is factory own. Please what can I do
