For those of you who have upgraded your Infinix Zero 4 Plus (X602) to Android 7 (Nougat) e.g X602-H972A1C1-N-170510v19 , this guide will explain how to root.

How to root Infinix Zero 4 Plus (X602) after upgrading to Android 7 (Nougat)

Install VCOM drivers on your PC using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html
Download SuperSU 2.79.zip at https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4S-Z72...ZuMlU/view
Copy SuperSU.zip to both the phone’s SD card and internal storage
Download Philz for Infinix Zero 4 Plus (X602) (Nougat) ported by Team Hovatek @ https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4S-Z72...xWODQ/view
Flash the Philz recovery.img to the phone using SP Flash tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html
Boot the phone into recovery mode using Volume up button + Power button (see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-479.html )
In Philz recovery, you use the Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to select
Select Install Zip
Navigate to the location of the SuperSU2.79.zip on the SD Card and select it
Wait till flashing is complete
If you are prompted to fix root, select No
Reboot the phone normally
Confirm Root by installing and running Root Checker

We can't create videos for rooting guides for each device because its not feasible. The major steps already contain videos

Pls after flashing Philz, on recovery I click install zip, and install via sdcard/...etc it say can't mount sdcard. Pls any help. Infinix zero 4 plus nougat 7.1.1 thanks
