i'll take it that you downloaded the miracle box v2.27 + loader from the link @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-15700.html
the reason why you aren't getting any loader file is most likely cos of your antivirus.
you need to either temporarily disable it OR make an exception for the loader file. then you should be able to extract without problems

I disabled the antivirus before I extracted but still the same problem

Is there another method? Getting another pc is difficult. In cyber cafe you can't install vcom. And I have upgraded my pc from Windows 8.1 to windows 10 but the problem is the same

I'm certain the error is at your end.
Anyway, you have two other methods you could try after renaming the custom recovery.bin to recovery.img
1. Download the firmware @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-311.html to obtain the scatter file then follow the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16952.html (using your scatter file and the recovery.bin renamed to .img)
2. Unlock the bootloader then boot the recovery.img using fastboot . See the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-18938.html

Unfortunately, we don't collect custom ROMs. You'll have to search online

Where can I get exposed framework zip for tecno c7, the ones I found online, I get corrupted file error when flashing. AArch64
