I downloaded but there's another error "can not connected box,please check cable_box" that is what I get when I try to launch it

Hope you downloaded 2.27A with loader and launched the loader as instructed

I didn't see instructions, I just unzipped, opened the folder and launched miracle box app

Am having a problem installing a working miracle box. Is there another procedure like using ADB fastboot?

You don't need to install but download and RUN the +Loader version, Download @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-15700.html
