You didn't have to quote an entire tutorial..
Did you dump the firmware in scatter format (one scatter text file with several bin files) or bin format (one bin file)

you can't extract bin backup file at least not with any tool i know of. if your device supports saving as scatter file, then redo the backup and ensure to tick "save as scatter"

Yes it support scatter. But please how do I get the files (pictures, docs, etc), from the scatter back up? Its the files I need.
