I opened them but there is no FRP section inside
firstly, you'd need a scatter file for the particular device you're working one not a random scatter file (e.g those listed on page 1)
it's either you get it from the firmware of the device (download), or simply backup pgpt from the phone itself then generate a scatter file using wwr ; see the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html
if you do backup pgpt, then you won't necessarily need a scatter file, when you load pgpt into wwr, you'd see the addr of all partitions including frp
or if you proceed to create a scatter file then ; see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21638.html for how to get the addr from a scatter file

if there's something wrong with your device then create a new thread for it by clicking "ask question" at the top
in the new thread, explain what is wrong with the device and how the problem started

You can generate a scatter file yourself. Just create a thread stating what you need
