Not sure what you plan to do with a scatter file, seeing as you'd either need a custom DA or you'll need an exploit to be released for bypassing brom on your device's chipset type. both of which are currently unavailable
if you still need a scatter file, search online for an ofp firmware for your model then you can attempt to extract the ofp firmware to gain a scatter file using the tool @ https://github.com/bkerler/oppo_decrypt
