HELP OTG and Charging Issue

HELP
My Cube iWork8 Ultimate i1-t shows charging indicator (the red light) even when its not on charge and when I connect the OTG cable the red light stops but the OTG does not work.
My OS is causing problems (no touch) but touch works in BIOS. I need to reinstall the firmware.

Yes I have, I tried flashing with manufacturing flash tool but my firmware does not have flash_userdebug.xml

The firmware should contain a doc with flashing instructions

Have you prepared the USB (with the right format and content) for installing the Firmware. You should be able to install the firmware since you can enter BIOS
The guide says:

U Disk*2: It is recommended that the U disk loaded with files installed by the Android system is 4G and above, and the disk format is formatted as FAT32
The U disk for loading Windows 10 installation files is recommended to be 16G and above, and the disk format is NTFS format
OTG line*1
One set of HUB equipment, one USB interface keyboard
Connection method: the tablet is connected to the HUB through the OTG cable, and then the U disk and the keyboard are connected via the HUB device
The way to enter the BIOS is: press and hold the volume up button, then press the power button to boot
Or press the power button to turn on and press the ESC button to enter BIO
The operation method of the keyboard BIOS interface: the keyboard "up, down, left, and right" four keys to move, "Enter" to confirm, "ESC" to return
BIOS flashing (note: just reinstalling the system does not need to flash the BIOS, users can start directly from flashing the Android system, flashing the BIOS firmware is risky and requires careful operation)
Copy all the files in the BIOS file to the USB flash drive, and use OTG to connect the USB flash drive to the machine
Find the flash.bat file, right-click the mouse (touch and hold) and choose to run as manager, as shown in the figure below:
After running, the following exit will appear, click "Yes"
Then the machine will automatically flash the BIOS, and the machine will automatically restart after flashing the BIOS.
Two, brush Android system
1. Copy the files in the Android folder to the root directory of the USB flash drive (note: you need to use a USB flash drive that has not been used for WIN8 flashing system disk), and name the USB flash drive UUI or WINPE:
2. Link the U disk with the Android files copied to the machine via OTG. In the shutdown state, press and hold the volume plus key and then press the power key to turn on the computer to enter the BIOS interface. As shown below:
3. Then select save&exit------click the penultimate item "lanuch EFI shell from filesystem device" to enter the Android flashing system interface as shown below:
After the flashing is successful, the machine will automatically restart until the machine enters the Android desktop, and the entire Android flashing process is completed.
Brush WIN10 system
Format the USB flash drive into NTFS format, and name the USB flash drive WINPE. Then copy all the files in the WIN10 directory to the root directory of the U disk:
2. Link the U disk with the Android files copied to the machine via OTG. In the shutdown state, press and hold the volume plus key and then press the power key to turn on the computer to enter the BIOS interface. As shown below:
Then select the last item (system component) of the second item (Advanced), then change the android in the OS IMAGE ID to Windows 10, and then click F4 in the lower right corner: save&exit. As shown below:
3. After the machine restarts, the following interface will appear, select the Windows system icon, and then click OK under the icon. The machine will automatically enter the flashing interface, and the machine will automatically turn on after the flashing is successful. As shown below:
After the machine restarts, enter the win10 system, if the win10 interface entered for the first time is the following interface
Please click the OK button in the pop-up window shown in the figure (the default two options are "Enter System Out-of-Break Experience (OOBE)"-"Restart"), the tablet will automatically clean up and deploy, and restart for normal startup settings.
Precautions
All steps of flashing, one flashing BIOS (normally reinstalling dual system does not need to flash BIOS, you can skip this step, flashing BIOS firmware is risky and requires careful operation), second flashing Android, third flashing WIN8
If you have already flashed an Android machine and a WINDOWS machine and want to flash the BIOS again, you must flash both Android and WINDOWS again after flashing the BIOS
If you want to re-flash Android, WIN8 system will be disabled after you update Android, so WIN8 also needs to be re-flashed (so friends who want to re-flash Android, if there are important data on WIN8 system, please backup first)
The Android disk must be a U disk that has not been used for WIN8 flashing the system disk before it can be used.
When flashing the machine, make sure that the power of the machine is enough to prevent accidents caused by power failure

Yes I have but the OTG does not work, that’s my initial problem OTG stopped working for some reason so I can’t use a mouse or keyboard or any usb

Have you tried a different OTG cable? Also confirm that no external USB device is detected in BIOS
