error 0x81000302, atcmd txrx on upgrade and refurbish
on partition dl the process completes on the gui but no process on the phone

might be due to unsupported dll, try using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-38365.html with the current firmware and also try a different firmware
try extracting a different firmware build for this same device model using the lg firmware extract tool
let's know the outcome

for a different kdz extractor, you could try the one @ https://github.com/innfinite4evr/Kdzextractor ; it requires linux, it might work in cygwin on windows

extract the kdz firmware for your device model, you should find dll within

i already did that, it was still asking to install dll msi

attach a full screenshot showing both lg up gui and cmd tool when you used the dll from the firmware and the dll from the lgup tool itself

ok but on the gui it says dll not properly installed, install a dll msi (when i put the dll extracted from the firmware into the common folder)

did you rename it to LGUP_Common.dll?
and the folder location @ C:\Program Files (x86)\LG Electronics\LGUP\model\Common ?
