Hello everyone

I have a D-Link DWR-910 Modem with bricked Firmware, this happened after receiving this guidance from D-Link Support to update my modem =/

During the process there was a failure for no reason in the update...

After this error, the Modem does not load the system, it just flashes the LED in RGB and only shows the device as "Android Bootloader Interface" in Windows Device Manager.

What I do know is that the Dongle / Modem 4G has a Qualcomm processor, because i found this video on Youtube where the guy successfully updated FIrmware, and teaches how to change the 4G Modem IMEI (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BBqdpwudBtU)

I hope anyone can help me
best regards

just to confirm, is the firmware you got from d-link support the same as the one used on the youtube video?
have you tried running the command, "fastboot reboot" ?

No, it's another version,

I tried to identify it by adb, but it does not appear in the list of devices

you should try fastboot devices instead, the device is currently in bootloader i.e fastboot as identified by device manager
