Infinix S4 Bootloop Issue

My infinix S4 phone is in bootloop and I attempted formatting it but it would always display an error STATUS_BROM_CMD_SEND_DA_FAIL. I also tried powering it up using your suggested (vol+power) option, but it displayed no command for me and there was no option for boot to safe mode. Please, what else can I do?
