[Please help] Dead infinix hot note x551 16+2 after upgrade to lollipop

My phone is totally dead, it can't turn on or anything. And when I try to charge it isn't showing any sign.. I've try to charge for 1 week but it's not working... I've try to connected my phone to laptop, but only showed "USB is not recognized"
How I can fix it? Plz reply soon

you must've interrupted Sp flash tool flashing.

if you dont have the Kitkat ROM then supply a gmail address

Did you unroot before flashing the update?, that's the cause of the problem.
To fix it open up the phone and disconnect the battery, then connect and try to update again it will work that was the same issue i had and i fix it this way

I've never root my phone before.. Any other ways to fix it without removing the built-in battery??

That is the only way i know. What actually happens is that the phone gets brick after flashing it. The only way like i said before is to unscrew the phone and unclip the battery from the board, then connect the phone that way and flash again i will work. Except you don't wnt to open the phone then am afraid there is no way i know for now to do it
