the cwm backup file i downloaded is 255.37mb and its in .bin file not zip

using your phone, rename it to .zip then send back to your PC and extract the folder inside . waiting.....

I renamed it to zip den tried to extract it said failed to extract

Pls grant me tecno m3 mtk backup access. I tried to flash bootimg and recovery but later my phone doesnt boot anymore it wil only vibrate. I Later do format whole except bootlooder. Pls grant me access. And i need ur guide.
