(29-08-2022, 03:42 PM)matrix2022 Hi all,

Just wanted to give a background story as to why I formatted the Flash by accident on my device.  I received the phone not too long ago and was excited to venture into the possibilities of testing and trying out different images.  Unfortunately without backing up the device I kind of jump the gun and formatted the drive after I ran into some issues thinking I could restore it with the Stock ROM files.  To my horror I saw that not all ROMs were included when reimaging the Stock Roms.

So, here I am.  The device is working ok, but these are the issues I'm facing below:

- Partially lost of cellular signals - (Flashing "Modem.bin could resolve this, but don't know where to flash it or what folder structure)
- Wifi working inconsistently - (Stock Roms, does include a "Modem_bin" folder with the files, but again don't know where to flash it)
- Don't have all the calibrations files (Maybe, I do but don't have the correct partition or where it would be placed)
- The Databases were also included, but again don't know where to flash it
- Lost IMEI/BaseBand - (Fixed by flashing numbers through SN Writer Tool)
- Lost Google Device certification - (Fixed by flashing Attestation files with SN writer tool)

Few things I need help with:

- Does anyone have the full structure of their Doogee V20 phone that does not mind pointing me in the right direction of where to flash the Modem.bin files to?
- Also, if IMEI and SN is corrected, does it means now that the Nvram and NvData info is all there or partially there?

Thanks in advance and hope my insights or issues helps other to avoid my mistakes. Smile

Look for someone with the same model and try their Nvram backup

You'll need an Nvram backup from a working V20
1. Shed more light on the signal and wifi problems
2. Are you certain you flashed the right firmware for your variant / build / region?

Hi,

Thanks for the follow up.  I have flashed the phone multiple times with the correct firmware directly from the manufacturer and unfortunately the nvram is not included.  Only the Modem files are included, but they don't mentioned where to flash it too or what partition to re-create.  I'm getting a signal, but it definitely is a weaker signal than before and wifi is very inconsistent from what it used to be before.

Please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions.

Regards,

-J

Hi,

Thanks for the response.  Still trying and have not found any person that can upload their nvram of their device.  I'll keep trying though.

Search online for other firmware for this model (different build number).
This sound to me like a buggy firmware you flashed

Hey Maxpayne,

Thanks for the quick response.  Unfortunately I have flashed it a few times with the different firmware that they have available for that model, which is two by the way.  Still same result though.  I wish I knew the partition structure in order to recreated and flash what's missing.  I have a feeling those modem files are crucial in determining everything else.

Thanks,

-J

Thanks for the follow up Kelvinchinedu, unfortunately I couldn't save it after I ran into the issue I had initially.  Only way would be if someone is willing to give me access to their backup or if the manufacture releases it with all the partitions intact.

Regards,

-M
