[Please help] Techno D3 mtk backup needed sir.it got stucked on techno logo

Good evening sir.pls sir I need permission to download techno D3 mtk backup file. It got stucked on techno logo I ve tried hard reset but still didn't work,ve done factory reset via recovery nothing worked,my computer detect d fone very well if connected to it, pls sir I will be so much grateful if granted access to download dis D3 backup file. Thanks sir.

1. how did the phone get bricked?
