Hey there,
Thanks for your posts, really appreciate the same. I tried rooting my Infinix hot 6 pro. But, after flashing the patched boot.img in place of the boot partition I'm getting prompted for PIN. I tried all my PINs, till date, but none worked. Please assist! Also, If I do factory reset then the phone is not rooted. And I checked both the options in Magisk i.e. forced encryption and DM verity.

if you factory reset to remove the pin, you don't need to reflash boot, simply install magisk manager apk to get root
if you still have problems then create a new thread for your device issue by clicking "Ask Question" at the top
