Infinix hot6 pro unlock bootloader

Pls I'm new here and I will be much impressed if solution could be provided in order to unlock bootloader and root my stubborn infinix hot6 pro that always give me an error message (oem authentication failed) anytime I tried to unlock the bootloader.. thanks in advance.

What's your build number and do you have the firmware for that build?

Did you enable OEM unlocking from settings?
You can also state how you have tried let's see if you got anything mixed up.

I tap the about 7times before I was given access to developer option where I enabled the oem unlock boot loader. After I used adb command and reboot d phone into fastboot mode from which I tried the oem unlock command but I had this error message( oem authentication failed)
