same method applies to your device (unisoc android 9)
however, there's no guarantees if it'll work or not, you should try and tell us

Try unlock android 10 SC9863A but failed.

the second point under the important notice section in page 1 applies to you
only the OEM can provide the private key used to unlock bootloader

you can unlock with the same method, but you need the private key (rsa****.pem) used by your oem
