I have found great article and it's talk about bypassing MTK SoC, like bypass Mi Auth for MTK SoC using SP Flashtool. For QCM i have found the tool for Mi Auth.

Please, make FAQ how to bypass Mi Auth using SP Flashtool for Windows 10 64bits
