IN6 RN is dead after flash

when customer gave his phone that time phone is fine but its google play service error
when i formated his phone its stuck in recovery after reboot reset phone ( data encrypt mybe dycrpt idk)
after that i flashed phone with " Tecno IN6-H633A-O-190509V191 "
now phone is completely dead R.I.P
now i tryed with this firmware but no luck

what was the previous build number of the device before flashing?
have you tried disconnecting / reconnecting the battery after flashing the IN6-H633A-O-190509V191 , and the device is still dead?
and what happens when you try flashing IN6-H633A-O-180409V96 using SPft along with the DA file?
