Finally I was able to dump every single partition from the phone, as well as partition map.
In case if someone will need that stuff, it can be found at http://www.mediafire.com/file/x7339oznpn...ar.gz/file .
NOTE: Since the phone I got was bricked due corrupt system partition - there's no system.img in the archive.
AOSP 10(AB) GSI works like a charm, even better than stock Android 9.
