My itel A14 stock on logo after flash frp reset pac file. I can't even identify the correct firmware to download for it . Any help on what to do?

frp reset files do not overwrite recovery, so you should be able to get your original build number using method 1 or 7 @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16005.html
