[Please help] MT8163 TWRP failed to recovery

The device is no longer in recovery mode. I'm very sorry for this. Features of my device are available on this site. How can we solve the problem? I'm really sorry right now. I've been dealing with this for 3-4 days.

try the tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21839.html be sure to try twrp from both v1.0 and v1.4
