quote folder path with empty space(s) e.g
cd "hovatek modified_fastboot"

OR rename the folder and remove the empty space(s) e.g
cd hovatek_modified_fastboot

So I got stuck at lastes step - unlocking bootloader.
I have all the files You put into archive, nothing was deleted, but still I got this:

error: could not load 'unlock_bootloader': No such file or directory

Ok. Found Abatoir's post (previous page). Setting every file as read&write and executable did the trick. Now I'm unlocked.

thanks! worked here for a teclast p10hd: just needed to chmod +x fastboot and signidentifier_unlockbootloader.sh files.
anyone knows how to install magisk, now? i mean, is it possible to just patch boot.img and flash it?

unlikely, you'll need to sign any custom image before the device will accept it. see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-32678.html
in your case, you can either try patching boot using the regular magisk OR patch boot using magisk canary @ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZGLWoJ-POlA to find out which method works for your device
then sign the patched boot using avbtool
