The firmware you provided here is for MT6765 whereas the prcoessor used in device is MT6762. Someone answer that the hardware is alomost same it will flash. For me on sp flash tool i got error 0xC0050005. Similarly on Software download tool i got error EXT_RAM_EXCEPTION. I think both error are for same reason that the rom is not for the device according to my research and i am not able to flash my device. I also used custom DA file also for the device but getting same errorand one thing i noticed that after try to flash using software download tool PC is not able to recognise my mobile for areound 2-3 hour(Showing USB device not recognised). Can you/ anyone help me out now, it will be very thankfull if you can.

in the new thread, state the build number of your device and the build number of the firmware you downloaded
also attach a full screenshot of the error message from both tools
