Do you mean the phone is currently in bootloop state?
Was flashing firmware successful or it didn’t even begin and interrupted with an error?

try holding vol up button during the bootloop, see if it boots to recovery mode then perform a factory reset if it does
if it doesn't then either wait till the battery drains or disassemble the back cover and disconnect / reconnect the battery clip then boot to recovery mode using vol up + power and perform a factory reset

My infinix S4 phone is in bootloop and I attempted formatting it but it would always display an error STATUS_BROM_CMD_SEND_DA_FAIL. I also tried powering it up using your suggested (vol+power) option, but it displayed no command for me and there was no option for boot to safe mode. Please, what else can I do.

sorted out all problems.its working fine but only problem while flashing an image to system partation it says in red
"E: Cannot flash images to file systems"
what's wrong??
need help with GSI
Because while flashed via fastboot it gives me bootloop
is there problem with vendor??
