hello please i want to upgrade my infinix hot 4 pro to X556-H371A-M-170925V170 build number . but the OTA update is not working. I have successfully downloaded the tcard update file of this build number (X556-H371A-M-170925V170) . PLEASE HOW DO I RUN IT ON MY PHONE USING SPFLASHTOOL. I want to update it to this build number - X556-H371A-M-170925V170 which is the current update i am receiving via OTA but it is not working. My current build number is - X556-H371A1-M-170330V150. Please help me out. i would appreciate a response with a detailed step on how to go about this. I want to upgrade my marshmallow the latest marshmallow before moving to nougat , but it seems OTA updates dont work for me anymore, please id like a detailed step on how to do this using spflashtool.......... you cant flash OTA update.zip using spft
either you copy the update.zip to sdcard then reboot to recovery mode (vol up + power button) then select apply update from sd
OR
download sp flash tool firmware @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-533.html
then flash using sp flash tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html

all files within the firmware you download will be ticked upon loading the firmware and should remain ticked
