Hello so I was trying to back-up my phone using Miracle Thunder and it went well until I click start and it just freezed at Loading the boot, wait. Screenshot attached below.
My phone is a oppo a3s remodeled as realme c1.

disconnect / reconnect the phone then retry backup
try a different PC
if the outcome remains the same then you probably need a custom programmer file for this model, you can try those listed for your device chipset type @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-25696.html OR search for & download firmware for your device model, extract and use the programmer file from within

My device gets recognised but at 'reading partitions data' i get error 2222. I have a ZTE Axon 7 with a qualcomm chipset

I have now selected a custom programmer for my device, but now i get error id 1001.

I did what you told me but this time I ran into an error like this: Loading the boot,Wait..
"Bootloader error 0003" right after "Loading the boot, wait". What should I do now? I have my bootloader unlocked already.

My problem is that when done with the backup the files are not in a .img format like when you backup mtk file so trying to port twrp recovery will be impossible or tis there a way to still use these files to create custom recovery

you used programmer file from firmware for the device model a3s?
I just mess around with the alredy existing programmer file. Probably the one for general Oppo.
