you can try asking infinix team for how to go about the bootloader. your device probably requires a token or code which if it really does then only them will be able to provide
for rooting, you can try
searching for and downloading firmware for your build >
patch boot using magisk (see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21427.html ) >
replace boot.img with patched boot.img in the firmware then flash the modified firmware (OR if you know of or have access to any tool that can flash a single file on qualcomm)
