it cant charge also

Good day... Thanks for the good work. My problem is after flashing any recovery and then booting to it the response on the phone is "no command"

Can u guide me plz to root this mobile.
Its brand name is QMobile M6, the manufacture is Gionee and it resembles with Gionee M6. I have attached its specs.
