you can but it [i.e flashing the zip] will still patch boot in the process. its like taking a longer route and heading to the same destination

first all, you need to stop spamming the forum with the same request over and over
its quite normal to get a slightly reduced sized patched boot but the size of your stock boot is abnormally large.
how / where did you get this stock boot.img from?

It's my phone stock boot, readback using sp flash tool

Its possible, especially if the bulk of the boot partition was empty. Tools tend to dump the entire partition (including empty space).
