When inserting the usb cable to oyur device you have to be pressing at least one button thus volume up or volume down so that the flashtool can detect your device. Or maybe first install mediatek usb drivers. You can use Miracle driver installation 1.00 or SCI android USB Driver jungo internal should be installed on your PC. Thanks
