Thank you so much for this post! My Tecno N9S was bricked and it was really frustrating! Cache wipe and factory reset didn't work, but flashing the firmware did the trick! I had never done it before so it was interesting to learn as well. Thanks again!

Hello, pls help me out, this same thing happened to my Tecno g9 tab, if I use the
Clockworkmod Backup & Restore Method will affect my files in my file manager.

yes, your files will be gone because userdata was included in restore

I searched on every forum on internet and eventually end up fixing this by forcing to restart your android device.
