Follow the steps below to fix process com.android.phone

Method 1: Ultimate Caller ID Screen HD

Download and install Ultimate Caller ID Screen HD @ https://play.google.com/store/apps/detai....ucs&hl=es

Method 2: Clear Phone data and cache

1. Navigate to Settings > Apps > All > Phone
   
2. Clear data and cache
   
3. Do the same for Contacts & Contacts Storage
   
4. Reboot the phone
   

Method 3: Replace Phone.apk

Download the Android phone's Stock ROM and flash only system.img (Android) using SP flash tool

Method 5: Factory reset

Go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset (no need to takeout your SIM)

If all these fail then consider reflashing the firmware.
