your SD card should auto-mount once conected to PC.
how did you get the stock ROM you flashed?

If it is not visible you may need to re-flash and repartition your device.

1. do you see both phone storage and SD card in your file manager?
2. when you connect the phone to a PC, does either phone storage or SD card get detected?
