1. whats the exact model of your GLO Bolt (check behind the modem)
2. how many unlock attempts do you have left?

E303. 0 attempts left and thats how I bought it. I hae tried resetting the counter but couldnt

E303 is new algo. would've been an easy unlock using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/blog/how-to-unlock-a-modem/ if it had even 1 attempt left
you have the following options :
1. DC unlocker latest version (its not free)
2. Firmware upgrade / downgrade
3. ZTE modem timer resetter
