I have been trying to reset my Itel A90 through the recovery method , but every time i try to reset, it immediately restarts and goes to the pattern screen. I cannot flash the phone's software as spd tool is not supported. kindly asist.

You can use SPD_Dump to erase target partitions.

The command would look like

did u tried using fastboot commands to erase the data ?
