This guide will explain how to restore a Windows PC's drivers from a Double Driver backup.

Requirements


Steps to restore your drivers


Follow the steps below to restore your Windows drivers using Double Drivers

  1. Launch Double Driver (as Admin)

  2. Click Restore

  3. You'll get a prompt to grant Admin access if you didn't launch the tool as Admin; click Yes and click Restore again

  4. Click Locate Backup

  5. Choose your restore option. To load the backup, click the browse icon > select the backup > click open

  6. Click OK

  7. Wait while the drivers are loaded on the tool

  8. You should see a list of drivers to restore. Check the box in front of any driver you wish to restore

  9. To select all, click Select > All

  10. Click Restore Now

  11. Click OK

  12. Wait while the tool prepares for driver restore

  13. Click Next once you see a restore Wizard

  14. Wait while restore begins

  15. Click Finish once restore is done

  16. Wait for the tool to cleanup

  17. You're done
