Hello I am an old user but my account seem to unrecognized, do you disable them after x time of no logging in?

We don't disable old accounts. Just do a password recovery if you're unable to login

I've had that account since 2013 or thereabout. Please I'd love to recover that account back.

The account dpol is still available. Last active in 2022. Its linked to a yahoo email. If you still have access to the email address then send an email to us from that yahoo email address and we'll help manually reset the password
