Blu vivo xl4 Firmware flash

Hi, please help..
I have been trying to flash my Blu vivo xl4
With sp flash tools, but I have been encountering problems..
First, the sp flash tools don't Detect my phone..I already installed mtk vcom drivers, still the same, it doesn't detect it..
Actually I wanted to root the phone, but I just wanted to a get the firmware and flash back to normal just incase of any errors..
Please help..

How are you connecting your phone to your PC? Are you holding any of the vol keys?

What is your phone getting detected as in device manger? Please send a screenshot

Does you PC make any sound when you connect your phone to it?
