Hallo.

My niece brought me her password-locked X-TIGI HeroBook to unlock for her; her friends, while playing games on it, unfortunately entered a password without knowing.

I have tried going online in search for a solution but to no avail. Does anyone have an idea of how to reset or unlock its password?

You can factory Reset via Recovery Mode

You could try a factory reset

Learn MediaTek, Unisoc / Spreadtrum (SPD) and Qualcomm Software Repairs @ https://www.hovatek.com/training
